The table showed up looking great, with no dents, scratches, or marks anywhere. the packaging gave me a really good impression right away. It didn’t feel flimsy or thrown together at all, there was plenty of foam and cardboard protecting the corners, and everything seemed carefully packed. It did take a few minutes to get it all unpacked, but I’d much rather deal with that than open the box and find damage. Overall, it arrived safely and felt like the company actually cared about it getting here in one piece.

I had a problem with my order and, to be fair, they did eventually get it sorted out. The support team was slow though, and I found myself having to follow up more times than I expected. It worked out in the end, but the whole process could’ve been a lot smoother...

After getting it set up in our dining room, I’m really happy with how this table looks and feels. The wood has a solid, sturdy feel to it, and the finish looks really nice in the space. The only thing I noticed while putting it together and moving the pieces around is that it’s heavy, so it wasn’t the easiest to handle by myself. Once it’s in place though, that weight actually makes it feel well made and dependable. I’m giving it 4 stars just because moving it was a bit of a hassle, but overall I’m happy with the purchase.

The table was the exact size listed on the website, so there weren’t any weird surprises or anything. It fit in the spot I had planned for it, which was a relief. I’m giving it 4 stars just because it feels a little bigger in the room than I pictured in my head. Not really their fault, though. Just definitely measure twice before you order.

I love how easy this table is to expand. Most days we keep it on the smaller side, but when family comes over for dinner we can make it bigger in just a minute. It’s been really useful. Weirdly, I remember the first time we used it expanded because someone set down a giant bowl of potato salad right in the middle and there was still plenty of room for everyone’s plates...

I’ve had this table for about two years now, i still really like it. It’s held up great and works just as well as when I got it. It is a little heavy if I need to move it around, but for me that hasn’t been a big issue. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I had a good experience shopping on Transformer Table, honestly. I was just browsing at first and then ended up comparing a few table options, and it was nice because I didn’t feel lost or overwhelmed trying to figure out the differences. The photos were clear, the details actually helped, and checkout went by faster than I expected. Overall it was just a smooth, easy site to use

I thought getting solid wood would mean it felt really strong and durable, but it feels kind of flimsy. I kept trying to convince myself it was fine, but it was almost like begging myself not to be irritated every time I noticed the wobble. For the price and the description, I expected something sturdier.

It took a bit longer than I would’ve liked to hear back, but to be fair, support did eventually respond. I think companies have a responsibility to communicate in a timely way, but I also appreciate when they don’t just ignore the issue altogether...

Just a heads up if you’re thinking about ordering: the return process was a nightmare for me. I tried to return my table and had to deal with slow responses, unclear instructions, and constantly following up just to get anywhere. It was way more frustrating than it needed to be, i won’t be ordering from them again.

I’ll admit, it does look really nice now that I have it, but I was annoyed that it took longer than I expected. I was looking forward to getting it sooner, so the wait kind of took away from the excitement for me

From the way it was presented online, I assumed it was going to be a great space-saving option. But once I got it into my room, it still felt bulky and kind of annoying to move around. Maybe it works better in a bigger space, but for my small apartment, it just wasn’t worth it

I wanted to like this bench, but after just a few minutes of sitting on it, my back and legs were begging for mercy. It goes from okay to wildly uncomfortable way too fast. Definitely not something I’d want to sit on for any real amount of time.

I felt misled. The pricing wasn’t explained clearly at the start, so it was really frustrating to find out later.

I’ve had this table for a bit now—or maybe it’s only been a couple weeks, I can’t remember—but I’ve noticed it shakes a little whenever we’re eating on it. It’s not awful, but it’s definitely enough to be a bit annoying during meals.

I ordered these chairs along with my table, and to be fair, they do look really nice in the room. The build seems decent too, so I don’t have any major complaints there. But comfort-wise, they’re just not great. The seat feels hard after sitting for a little while, and the back support feels awkward enough that we don’t really want to use them for a full dinner. For the price, I expected them to feel better. I thought about reaching out to customer service, but I’ve had enough annoying experiences with that kind of thing that I’m not too confident it would actually help. Nice style overall, but I really wish I had been able to test them first

Got exactly what I ordered, and the sizes and colors all matched the invoice 🙂 Nothing was missing from the boxes either, which was a nice relief. It did take me a little while to double-check everything, but it all looked right! Giving 4 stars because the updates could’ve been a bit clearer...
